How do you burn fat it your thighs and abs?
I want to LOSE WEIGHT, not necessarily gain muscle because I have muscle. I do lots of crunches and wall squats and I can feel my muscles in my thighs and abs but I can’t get rid of the layer of fat over it. Help?
The key is to EAT CLEAN TOO. Abs are made in the kitchen so you have to eat lean stuff and commit to it. no fried or processed food or junks and white flour stuff 🙂
The trick to burning the fat is lots of cardio. 1 Pound of fat lost is 3500 calories. Think of cardio workout that will burn lots of calories such as jumping jacks ( every 2 jumping jacks burns 1 calorie) (doing jumping jacks for one hour burns 250 calories) walking ( a 1 hour walk burns 200 calories) 30 bike ride (burns 300 calories) or crunches (500 crunches burns 100 calories). To stay motivated during your workouts play some of your favorite music. Working out daily for 2 hours made me drop 20 pounds in just 2 months but i bet you could do better!. best of luck to you! Don’t forget to drink water before and after you eat, and eat clean foods, nothing processed (only for treats)
